Part XIV of the Manual

Community Engagement

Part XIV defines NOVARIC®'s obligations to the communities its operations touch — the communities workers leave, the communities they arrive in, and the communities in which NOVARIC® itself is based in Shkodër and Malta.

Worker integration

Arrival support for relocated workers covers registration, transport orientation, community orientation and a defined check-in schedule during the first ninety days — because a good contract only becomes a good life if the surrounding community works.

Host-community relationships

NOVARIC® engages host communities and employers on integration standards, treating community reception as a factor in placement quality rather than an externality.

Local presence

In Shkodër, NOVARIC®'s engagement centres on vocational access and the Economic Empowerment programme; in Malta, on the responsible conduct of the island's substantial international workforce ecosystem.
