Structure of the Manual
The Manual comprises a foreword, introductory apparatus and eighteen Parts. Part III presents each of the 17 SDGs in a dedicated chapter; Parts IV–XVII define the operating framework; Part XVIII contains the appendices and implementation toolkit.
