Part VIII of the Manual

Vocational Education & Academy

Part VIII governs NOVARIC®'s vocational education activity, delivered under licence X.2.B through the NOVARIC® Academy. The Academy exists to close the loop between education and decent work: curricula are built from documented employer demand, attainment is measured against published outcome criteria, and completers progress into quality-gated placements.

Demand-led curriculum design

Programme content is set against verified employer requirements gathered through NOVARIC®'s recruitment activity. Curricula are reviewed against labour-market evidence each cycle; programmes whose demand basis has weakened are redesigned or retired.

Measurable outcomes

Every programme publishes its intended learning outcomes and assesses attainment against them. Completion alone is not success: the governing metric is conversion into employment meeting the decent-work quality gate.

Access without financial barriers

Candidates are never charged for recruitment-linked training within NOVARIC® programmes. The Economic Empowerment programme extends Academy access to marginalised communities as a deliberate SDG 4 and SDG 10 intervention.

Lifelong learning pathways

Upskilling and reskilling modules are available to placed workers, supporting career progression beyond the initial placement and responding to evolving skills demand, including green and digital skills.
