Global status in 2025
The UN Sustainable Development Goals Report 2025 places SDG 10 among the five goals in greatest difficulty, with 50–57 per cent of measurable targets stalled or deteriorating. Forcibly displaced people have more than doubled in number since 2015, and systemic disadvantages continue to affect women, people with disabilities and marginalised communities.

Target 10.7 defines NOVARIC®'s field of operation: orderly, safe, regular and responsible migration. Recruitment that charges fees, conceals terms or discriminates in screening deepens inequality; recruitment that is free to the candidate, transparent and blind-screened reduces it. NOVARIC® measures placement outcomes across demographic cohorts and publishes the parity index internally each quarter. Where a cohort's progression rate diverges from the cohort average beyond tolerance, the cause is investigated and the process corrected — inequality is treated as an operational defect, not a statistic.
